THE SPACE
We are a small, intimate restaurant so the maximum reservable party size is 4. Any larger party inquiries can be made via email. Reservations are encouraged to help with preparation, but walk-ins are more than welcome!
THE FOOD
Ian Graye and company focus their food around produce from Pennsylvania and the surrounding area. Our pantry is made in-house or sourced from local like-minded artisans. With a focus on seasonality, fermentation, and preservation, these are our offerings. Thank you for joining us.
At Pietramala we put produce first so there’s no processed food or drink provided. We have rotating non-alcoholic offerings and currently operate as a BYOB. We are willing and able to accommodate any outside beverage. Wine service is $20 and we’ll happily integrate whatever beverage you bring into your meal.
